CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Frequent cancellations or no shows will require
a credit card for all reservations.
LATE ARRIVALS
Your appointment may not guaranteed if you are more than 10 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by or have writen consent from a parent or guardian for spa treatments.
Children under eight years old that are not receiving service will not be allowed running in the salon for their safety and the relaxation
of others. We will not be held responsibility for your children.
EQUETTE
To provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and lowering your voice.
GRATUITIES
If you are happy with the service provided, it is customary to give 18% to 20% gratuity to your service provider. We apologize that gratuities
may not be placed on credit cards.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Lysa's Nails and staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyine.
